These terms cover the work GHL Megaminds does for you. When you pay us or tell us to start, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
GHL Megaminds is a service company. We set up and look after GoHighLevel accounts. We are not owned by HighLevel Inc and we are not part of it. We do not sell you the HighLevel software. You buy that from HighLevel yourself.
2. What we do
We do the work written in the plan we send you before we start. That plan is the full list. If you want something that is not on the list, we will quote it as extra work and you can say yes or no.
3. Prices and payment
- Setup work is paid half before we start and half when we hand it over.
- Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month, in advance.
- All prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes.
- What you pay HighLevel for the software, and what you use in texts, calls, emails, and AI, is separate. That goes straight to HighLevel.
- If a payment fails, we pause work until it is fixed.
4. Monthly plans and stopping
Monthly plans run month to month. There is no long contract. Tell us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing day and we will stop at the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund part months.
5. What we need from you
- Access to your GoHighLevel account with the rights we need.
- Your logo, text, photos, and anything else the build needs.
- Answers to our questions within a reasonable time.
If we wait more than 30 days for something from you, we may pause the project. Restarting later may cost extra.
6. Who owns what
You own your account, your data, your leads, and everything we build inside your account. We own our own templates, checklists, and ways of working, and we may use them for other clients too.
7. Keeping things private
We keep your business information private. We do not share your data with anyone except tools we need to do the work. You can ask us to remove our access at any time.
8. Results
We build systems. We cannot promise you a number of leads, sales, or clients. Any numbers on this site are real results from real clients, not a promise of what you will get.
9. Fixes and free periods
Each setup plan includes a free fix period after handover. During that time we fix anything that does not work the way the plan said. New requests are not fixes, they are new work.
10. Things we are not responsible for
- Changes HighLevel makes to their own platform.
- Outages, downtime, or bugs inside GoHighLevel.
- Other tools you connect that we did not set up.
- Changes someone on your team makes after we hand over.
- Money you lose because of any of the above.
If we do get something wrong, the most we can owe you is what you paid us in the last three months.
11. Following the rules
You must follow the law and the rules of HighLevel, Stripe, and your phone carrier. That includes text messaging rules and getting permission before you message people. We will not build anything that breaks those rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will email you. Carrying on as our client after that means you accept the new version.
13. Talk to us first
If something goes wrong, email us before anything else. Almost everything gets sorted with one conversation.
